Terms and Conditions

  • Right of admission is reserved.
  • Arrival time is from 2.00pm onwards and departure time is by 9.30am.
  • No day visitors or pets allowed on the property. (UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT)
  • Bellevue Guest Lodge is a private retreat, so for the enjoyment of all our guests we do not allow loud music, noise or drunken behaviour. Guests disturbing the peace will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.
  • A fully refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable. Please check all items on the itinerary lists. The deposit will be refunded if nothing is damaged and there are no broken or missing items.
  • All units are equipped with television and satellite dish, we supply SABC 1, 2 & 3, and E-TV, you are welcome to bring your own single view DSTV decoder. (one cable only)
  • Please bring all your own food and refreshments, we supply dishwashing liquid, soap and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, if you require extra, please bring your own.
  • Bookings are held for 24 hours, a 50% deposit secures your reservation.
  • We allocate units according to numbers when you book, if your numbers decrease you will still be liable for full amount, unless we can allocate you to a smaller unit depending on availability. During peak periods the units are charged out at maximum capacity rates.
  • Units are serviced daily (except Sundays) by prior request only. Bed linen is changed once a week and bath towels every third day, if you require clean bath towels daily please bring your own, you must bring your own beach & swimming towels.
  • Due to COVID 19 regulations, guests must vacate the unit while being serviced. Face masks must be worn in public areas and social distancing rules must be adhered to.
  • We do not have on site laundry facilities, but there are two laundromats within 4 minutes drive.
  • The splash pool has been permanently closed.
